Privacy

Puffin Candy Co. collects information submitted through in-person and online stand orders, contact signups, waitlist, free-sample, special-order, and wholesale forms so we can record sales, coordinate pickup or local delivery, respond to requests, understand product interest, fulfill approved sample requests, and send updates you elect to receive. We also use limited first-party analytics to understand how public pages are being used.

Information collected

Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email, mobile number, purchase details, payment choice and status, company, location, pickup or delivery details, shipping address, collection interests, event timing, estimated quantity, and details you voluntarily provide. Stand-order payments are completed outside this website. We do not request or store card numbers, bank credentials, or payment-app login details here.

How information is used

We use it to maintain transaction records, follow up on your inquiry, evaluate demand, improve our concepts, and communicate availability. Providing contact information does not automatically subscribe you to marketing; email and text choices are recorded separately. We do not sell personal information.

Site analytics

We use a random first-party browser identifier stored on your device to estimate unique visitors and count page views. Analytics records contain the public page path and the date and time of the visit. On the Puffin Coffee ordering page, we also estimate active time while the page is visible; time in a hidden tab is not counted. We do not save names, contact details, order or inquiry identifiers, full URLs, search terms, form contents, or IP addresses in our analytics records, and we do not connect analytics records to leads, orders, feedback, or customer contacts.

These counts are estimates: clearing site data, using private browsing, or visiting from another browser or device may count as a new visitor. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Night Watch adventures

Halloween 2026 adventures save clues, story choices, completed adventures, and digital passes in this browser on your device. This progress expires 30 days after your last saved activity and is removed the next time you open an adventure. You can also clear it in the Night Watch grown-up area. Clearing browser data removes this progress. This release does not send adventure progress to our server or provide account-based syncing. It does not request names, email addresses, photos, microphone access, or location to play.

Our first-party page analytics do not run on Night Watch adventure pages. Normal website hosting requests still occur to deliver pages and illustrations. Following a link from Night Watch to another Puffin page is subject to the practices described above.
